Responsibilities
• Prepare and set out formwork for precast elements • Place reinforcing steel cages and cast-in items • Pour, vibrate and finish concrete • Read and interpret structural drawings • Operate overhead gantry crane (beneficial) • Work well under pressure and as part of a team
Requirements
• Knowledge of standard methods and materials in the concrete construction industry • Previous experience in concrete construction • Ability to work unassisted and meet deadlines • Positive attitude towards health & safety
Key Skills Needed
• Knowledge of concrete construction methods and materials • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings • Experience with overhead gantry crane operations (beneficial) • Reliability and punctuality
