Job Description - Customer Care Team Leader


Horizon Radiology has a Customer Care Team Leader position available, responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Reception across our administration team. You will ensure the delivery of quality, proactive, customer focused standards of care to our patients and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Reception team.

In addition to Reception duties, the Customer Care Team Leader will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage the reception team in relation to rostering, timesheets, leave management, training and development support in conjunction with relevant personnel.

  • Liaise with all Technologists regarding any required changes to bookings or services

  • Suggest process improvement and patient flow initiatives

  • Support and Develop the Reception team

  • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and value - Every Team Member Counts

  • Be the Champion for Customer Care.

  • Ensure practice and clerical appearance standards are maintained


ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • A proven background in medical administration with a demonstrated working knowledge of medical terminology and administration practices and processes.

  • Desire to develop entry level management skills and experience in leading and coordinating successful teams, including, rostering, training and coordinating workflow.

  • High level communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to successfully communicate and develop rapport with a diverse variety of stakeholders.
