About the Company: This company is a pioneer in the formulation, sales and distribution of speciality chemicals and ingredients across eight market sectors. About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will need in-depth understanding of an order process – from entering to completion, helping customers navigate access to a large portfolio of quality products. Responsibilities include:
- Answer customer telephone inquiries, take orders, respond to service needs and complaints.
- Follow up on the status of purchase and sales orders for sales and support staff and monitor distribution of product for customers.
- Maintain customer, supplier and product master files via Masterpack.
- Process sales and inventory transactions (sales orders; pre-costings; stock transfers; credit notes)
- Process shipping documentation.
This role is a Monday – Friday in-office role within a core team of 4, based in Penrose. Benefits also include employment insurance, bonus schemes, $500 health & wellbeing subsidy, quarterly incentives and more.
About You: The role is highly administrative, and the right candidate will have a wide breadth of customer service experience and intermediate knowledge of Outlook & Excel to be able to manage emails and enquiries from a variety of stakeholders.
A successful candidate will also have dealt with systems extensively and will be comfortable and excited learning new computer literacies.
