Digital Projects Administrator

Overview

Our client is the leading 3D & AR product experience platform for product experiences. Proudly the first platform to blend physical and digital worlds at each stage of the product life cycle, they are after a Digital Projects Administrator to join their Christchurch based team.

The Digital Project Administrator role has responsibility for the management and delivery of client projects, in collaboration with the Producer and Content Production team. This involves communicating content production status and prioritisation as well as production timeline and milestones at a detailed level to Content Creators, Quality Assurance and Producer team members. Additionally, the role involves implementing the completed content within the platform.

With 2+ years experience working in a similar role, you will have well-developed influencing and relationship building skills in a faced-paced, distributed team environment with demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects with complex processes and diverse stakeholder settings. You will have a history of successfully delivering projects on time, along with a proactive mindset and resilient work style to resolve competing priorities and great communication skills and attention to detail, keeping stakeholders aligned and progress on track & a natural confidence in client meetings and project workshops.

You will ideally have knowledge of the 3D production pipeline and workflows, including the ability to review 3D models against reference images and other files. A dream result would be experience of working with web based 3D files such as gLTF and .glb.
