The Opportunity
Our Christchurch branch currently has an opening for an Account Broker to join our Domestic Lines team. This role would see you responsible for supporting with the day-to-day servicing of clients for their personal insurance needs, including home & contents and motor vehicle insurance. Working with a diverse range of clients, you will engage with customers over email, phone and face-to-face, as well as assisting with general administrative tasks. A newly created role due to growth, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with experience in customer service or administration to progress their career and move into the insurance industry.

About you
You could have a background in Administration & Customer Service with a passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile. Prior experience in Insurance or Financial Services with Level 5 accreditation would be helpful but is not essential – training can be provided for the successful candidate.
