Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant is a pivotal role ensuring that the General Manager -Social Services has a high-level of support in addition to general administrative support. You will be a strong communicator, able to maintain positive working relationships across the team and organisation. You will be empathetic with an organised and structured approach and drive to achieve results. You will have a strong interest in process improvement and a good ability to use technology to achieve better outcomes. This is a fast paced and varied role, which will see you use your dynamic administrative skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities to deliver outstanding results. This role is not for the faint hearted. We are looking for 'go getter' with drive and empathy. So, we need to know you are capable of working under pressure, have a positive approach to your work and a natural inclination to go the extra mile.
You will have at least 5 years proven track record in the support of senior management as an EA or PA with strong IT skills particularly in the MS office suite, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy. Experience in projects will be an advantage.
