Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Development: Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our client base.
• System Optimisation: Implement efficient systems and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and maximise resource utilization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments across the business and NZervio Group to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Leadership and Team Development: Grow the team with the business; Inspire and empower a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in commercial management roles within the facility services industry.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Expertise in system optimization, process automation, and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
