About the role

• Full-time and permanent position – role title of ‘Pre-Production Team Member’ in the Logistics/Client Services team. 
• 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, however, flexibility in these hours may be required on occasion.
• Responsible for coordinating a timely and efficient flow of production bottling line specifications, printing carton labels, managing accurate production volume specifications, and post-run invoices.
• Pre-Production Team Members become a key contact for our valued clients and other internal departments.

Skills and experience:

• Proven attention to detail with a high level of information retention.  
• Competently uses Microsoft applications. Previous experience in invoicing would be advantageous. 
• Ability to organise, prioritise, and complete tasks on time.  
• Build great rapport and relationships with our clients and internal team members.  
• Recognise and pre-empt issues, and offer solutions as required.
