Medical Receptionist

Medical Receptionist Foundation Clinic location Bay of Plenty. $25 – $28 per hour.

We're seeking a new receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our bustling sports med clinic at aspire gym in Bethlehem, aspire is Tauranga's premium gym, therefore a love of all things health and fitness is importan.

Your role will encompass managing the front desk, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and providing vital support to the clinic manager and our team of physios with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service and possess strong multitasking abilities essential for our fast-paced front desk environment.

Requirements proven receptionist experience, medical reception advantageous, Strong multitasking skills, Attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in English. Cashiering and banking experience preferred. Knowledge of Gensolve Practice Management System advantageous. Passion for health and well-being, with familiarity within the physio industry ideal.
