As the People and Capability Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leaders and staff across the College to deliver the strategic objectives of the People and Capability function. This position requires a high level of integrity, as you will often work with sensitive and confidential information.
Reports to
Director Finance and Operations.
Direct Reports
People and Capability Administrator.
Key Accountabilities

To be successful in this role you will be someone who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will have at least two years prior experience in a similar role and familiarity and experience with New Zealand’s employment laws and regulations is a necessary requirement.
Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate outstanding organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to prioritise and multitask. You will have a can-do approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate and build relationships across the wider College team. You will be a strong self-starter with an ability to work unsupervised and deliver results. Superior use of Microsoft technologies will be a given as is your ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive and private information.
