Job Description - Personal Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


HRG Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives and senior management team.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries. 3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other correspondence. 4. Conduct research, compile data, and create reports for decision-making purposes. 5. Assist in project management, including tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables. 6. Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings, conferences, and events. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 8. Provide general administrative support, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Resilient and resourceful with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 7. Strong planning and critical thinking skills. 8. Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
