A specialised project management consultancy is in search of a dedicated Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator to contribute to their varied portfolio spanning multiple asset classes particularly across Infrastructure.

Your Role as Assistant Project Manager:
As an essential member of the team, you'll support the successful execution of projects. From coordinating tasks and preparing reports to contract administration and liaising with clients, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding results.



The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working on Infrastructure projects in NZ.
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand construction management environment and NZS3910, working alongside seasoned professionals.
  • Possession of a tertiary degree in fields like civil engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management, along with additional relevant training.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, adept at forging meaningful professional relationships.
  • Highly organised with acute attention to detail, capable of seeing the bigger picture.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and strong ambition to learn and grow immensely.
