We are excited to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art Recreation Centre in late-2024, a hub for sport, health and wellbeing on our campus. As we embark on this new chapter, we are seeking an experienced Recreation Programmes Team Leader .
As a Recreation Programmes Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality recreation and well-being opportunities that contribute to the vibrant culture of our university.
You will lead a team of two direct reports dedicated to coordinating and delivering diverse active recreation activities and will have the following main responsibilities:

This is a full-time (37.5 hrs/week), permanent role working Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will see the delivery of at least two group fitness classes weekly included as regular duties of the role. Flexible work hours will at times be required which includes evenings and weekends due to the nature of the business hours, schedule of activities, urgent class cover and event delivery requirements. The salary range for this role is $68,600 to $84,700, depending on skills and experience.
