Job Description:
Xcel Energy is looking for a Remote Administrative Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, resourceful, and possesses strong analytical and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing remote team schedules, meetings, and appointments - Handling travel arrangements for team members - Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders - Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks - Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Providing general administrative support as needed - Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced remote work environment
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong analytical and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
