Job Description - Administrative Coordinator


Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the administrative field.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Conduct research as needed for projects and reports - Assist with data entry and filing tasks - Coordinate travel arrangements for employees - Assist with event planning and coordination - Other general administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual - Strong attention to detail - Ability to conduct research effectively - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
