Job Description:
As a Remote Administrative Coordinator at Eli Lilly, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and schedules for team members - Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses - Handle incoming calls and correspondence - Assist with project management and coordination - Prepare presentations and reports - Maintain confidential information and files - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders - Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in an administrative role - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent support - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to manage people effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
