Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Illinois Tool Works is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time, entry-level position with the flexibility to work from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. We are looking for someone who is independent, dedicated, and possesses strong negotiation and time management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines to ensure timely completion. 3. Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 5. Maintain and organize electronic and physical files in an efficient manner. 6. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
