Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

Job Description



Wētā Workshop’s award-winning concept design and manufacturing facility has been making cool stuff for over 35 years, right here in Miramar, Wellington. Our crew have the capability to execute almost any creative brief, with an inhouse design studio and manufacturing department collaborating to achieve the best for our clients.

Our Consumer Products team also design, sculpt, manufacture, and sell a wide range of collectables from iconic films, TV series, games, and the world of pop culture.

One of our team are heading overseas so we’re on the lookout for a new Customer Service Administrator to join the Consumer Products crew, providing exceptional customer service to our fans worldwide:

We can guarantee that no two days will be the same, but some of the key responsibilities of the Customer Service team include:

  • Answering queries from customers via email (and sometimes phone)
  • Resolving customer help-desk tickets efficiently and effectively
  • Managing customer refunds, replacements, and processing of orders

About you

We need someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, is solutions focussed and has an eye for detail.

Our Customer Service Administrators communicate a lot, both internally and externally, so your written and oral communication skills need to be strong.

You’ll be good with following processes to ensure everything stays on track during busy periods, and you’ll be adept at solving customer queries. A good head for systems will be a plus, too.

Additional Information

This is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week. We aren’t able to offer work from home options, but there’s plenty of free street parking and the buses stop nearby.
