Job Description:
AutoZone is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a fulltime, entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing online communication platforms such as email and social media - Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Maintain and update the company website with current information and promotions - Assist in creating and scheduling online marketing campaigns - Assist with online inventory management and order processing - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic online tools - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Creative and critical thinker with project management skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
