Job Description - Online Office Manager

Job Description:


Charter Communications is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Online Office Manager. This position is full-time and is located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the online office operations, including but not limited to scheduling, communication, and task delegation - Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow - Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze office processes to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved - Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Provide support to the executive team as needed


Requirements: - Driven and passionate individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is preferred
