Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Kroger is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online operations of the company, including website maintenance, order processing, and customer service. 2. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create and implement online promotional campaigns. 3. Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to online sales and customer engagement. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of online strategies to drive growth and enhance the customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.
