Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Operations Associate to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our business to ensure efficient and effective functioning.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and sales support - Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and targets - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures - Problem-solve and troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise - Assist with the implementation of new initiatives and projects within the store - Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar operational role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of the business - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Research skills to gather and analyze information for decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work efficiently under pressure
