Job Description:
J.C. Penney is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing remote operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our virtual operations team.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize remote operations and improve efficiency - Manage and oversee remote teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance - Monitor and analyze remote operations data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate remote operations with overall company goals - Handle escalated issues and disputes within the remote team, resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner - Implement remote work policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to remote team members - Continuously evaluate remote operations processes and practices to identify opportunities for enhancement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to remote operations management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in remote team management and operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate remote teams - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Proficient in remote collaboration tools and technology - Driven and motivated to achieve results - Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
