Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Remote Operations Manager to join our team at Ball in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in operations management, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities for our remote locations.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across remote locations. 2. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 3. Manage and optimize resources to meet production targets and ensure cost-effectiveness. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall business objectives. 5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development. 6. Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. 7. Resolve operational issues and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. 8. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of success in operations management, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Ability to adapt to changing conditions and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6.
