Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Freddie Mac is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all remote operations for our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve remote operations efficiency and effectiveness - Manage a team of remote employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between remote and in-house teams - Monitor and analyze remote operations performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet company goals - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recommend new technologies or tools to increase productivity - Handle any escalated issues or concerns related to remote operations in a timely and effective manner - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding remote work

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as a remote operations manager or similar role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong people management and strategic planning abilities - Passionate and driven individual with a focus on achieving results - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Experience with remote team management tools and platforms - Knowledge of remote work trends and best practices - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
