Job Description:
Icahn Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Remote Personal Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a Personal Assistant at Icahn Enterprises, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives remotely.
Responsibilities: - Managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments - Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations - Screening and prioritizing incoming emails and calls - Drafting and editing correspondence and documents - Conducting research and preparing reports - Managing confidential information with discretion - Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Creativity and analytical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
