Job Description - Personal Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a hardworking and resourceful Personal Assistant to work from home for L-3 Communications in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate daily schedules and appointments for senior executives - Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Arrange travel and accommodation for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed - Conduct research and gather information as required - Assist with project management and coordination of tasks - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed - Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems


Requirements: - 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Leadership and teamwork skills - Ability to work from home with access to a reliable internet connection - Must be a self-starter and able to work efficiently in a remote setting - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
