Job Description - Secretary - Work from home

Job Description:


Hnry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary working from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a full-time position at an entry-level seniority level with zero years of experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage the CEO's schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. 3. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed. 4. Maintain electronic and paper files accurately and efficiently. 5. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the operations of the company. 6. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 8. Uphold company policies and procedures with professionalism and confidentiality. 9. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to meet organizational goals. 10. Adapt to changes in workflow and responsibilities as needed to support the team.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong cooperation and time management soft skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 6. High attention to detail and organizational skills. 7. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a plus but not required.
