Job Description:
Gallagher Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Virtual Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a Virtual Assistant at Gallagher Group, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide virtual administrative support to team members, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports. 2. Assist with project management tasks, such as organizing meetings, coordinating deadlines, and tracking progress. 3. Make informed decisions on behalf of the team when necessary and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. 4. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure that all information is shared in a timely manner. 5. Assist with research tasks and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes. 6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks with discretion. 7. Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. 8. Embrace change and respond resiliently to challenges in a fast-paced working environment.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong project management skills and the ability to make informed decisions. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Dedicated and hardworking attitude with a willingness to adapt to new challenges. 7. Associate level seniority with the ability to work well in a team environment.
