Retail Manager

A Licensed Delaval Dealership, we offer products, systems & services for all steps of milk production. About the Role: * The Retail Manager will be the face of our retail section * The role is a fulltime, salaried position - hours normally 8.00am to 5.00pm * The role is a Senior position and will work with our Management Team Key Responsibilities: * Positive and professional customer interactions. * Finding solutions for our clients * Managing a significant inventory - stock control and optimisation * Managing relationships with Suppliers. * Day to day running of the retail operation. About You: You will have a great understanding of how retail/sales/inventory works and be a person that operates with the ethos that a first impressions can also be a last impression, and that growing client relationships is critical to the success of our business. You will have the following attributes and experience. Attributes - we seek a person who has * An outgoing, positive, can-do nature, * Has high level interpersonal skills, *Who enjoys interacting with people, * Who understands the sales process, * Who has an eye for detail, is accurate and detailed when needed. Relevant Experience: * 5+ years in Sales or Retail - preferably in the agricultural sector * Chemical Handlers Certificate essential - training provided * Experience with systems and procedures, to manage the sales process * Experience with Inventory systems - have managed large complex stock levels * Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word.
