THE OPPORTUNITY

Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. This entry-level role will provide day to day support across customer and brand marketing, general administration, supply chain, sales reporting, point of sale storage administration, merchandising and instore animation. Reporting to the General Manager NZ, this role will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and customers.
  • Providing analytical reporting and insights, including weekly invoicing, budget reconciliation and sales reporting as well as liaising with Finance and Supply teams in Australia.
  • Assisting the Marketing team with all marketing activation support, presentations, data gathering and event management.
  • Sales cycle activity support, including the execution of e-retail assets, brand promotions and instore animation.
  • Ensuring all activation and stock requests from Account Managers is actioned on time and within budget.
  • Supporting trade accounts with branded collateral and creative assets, along with management of local point of sale storage warehousing, and logistics for events and activation, as required by the team.
  • Coordinating travel requirements and itineraries for team meetings, winery visits and international visits and guests.
  • Providing general administrative support to New Zealand team.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:  

  • at least 2 years marketing or administration experience, with an international fast-moving consumer goods, liquor industry an advantage
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • strong time managements skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • able to work under pressure with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
