Job Description

• To support administration support for the smooth and effective operation of the school.
  
• To man the counter at the General School, including handling of phone calls and walk-in inquiries.
  
• To assist in filing, typing and drafting correspondence and documentation.
  
• To assist in ordering refreshment
  
• To issues and received keys and ensure that record are properly maintained.
  
• To perform other duties assigned by the Principle or other key personnel from the school
  

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Higher Nitec / Nitec in Officer Skills
  
• GCE 'O' Level
  
• Able to communicate in English orally and written
  
• Familiar with word processing, email, spreadsheet and calendar.
  
• Proficient in data entry
  
• At least 1 year experience in school environment.
