About Us
We are a fuel solutions provider, who design, manufacture and support fueling products, from standalone pumps to online management systems. Job Purpose
You will be working within our technical support department, assisting our product specialist, and receiving on the job training. Our product specialist remotely supports field technicians with any of our new or niche fueling equipment and or systems.  He also technically supports our teams internally. This is a progressive position, so for the right individual this role can advance from apprentice to a junior title. Responsibilities 

• Keeping all product specialist CRM cases up to date
• Assisting product specialist with scheduled support activities
• Creating & updating support documentation for the technical support team
• Data log collection and analysis
• Performing remote software upgrades
• Performing software & hardware tests

Skills, Experience

• Experience with databases
• Experience with technical writing
• Experience with common operating systems
• Basic networking knowledge
• Can follow instructions
• Detail orientate
• Team player
• Critical Thinker

Hours are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, for the first 3 months and then you are included into the weekly rotating shifts. 
Monday - Friday
8am - 4pm
8.30am - 5pm
9.30am - 6pm
10.30am - 7pm
