An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to make their mark and lead our newly established Distribution Centre as part of our National Supply Chain.
Mō te tūranga - About the role
This role will oversee warehouse operations while training and mentoring warehouse staff to develop their skills and capabilities by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Although this role is located in Dunedin you will be connected with our supportive Warehouse Team Leaders across the country. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to travel to other regions to work alongside and learn from other Warehouse Team Leaders.
You will be responsible for managing service levels, relationships, adherence to National policies and operationally overseeing all aspects of service delivery, replenishment and ongoing improvement of stock management, systems, processes, and costs.

Utu whānui - Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA South Island Clerical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 7 between Step 1 $80,026 and Step 3 $84,491 p.a. pro rata dependant on relevant experience.
