Campus Life is a Service Division that supports an engaging and inclusive campus experience for students at The University of Auckland. Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity The University of Auckland’s Ngā Wharenoho – Accommodation department is growing. Our primary goal is to build and nurture a safe, supportive, enjoyable community for our student residents. We are searching for a permanent part time weekend receptionist to support our students at University Hall & Waikohanga House
Our Receptionist's provide professional administrative and reception services for accommodation and form part of the “face” of Accommodation for visiting students, families and key stakeholders. Receptionists deliver customer focused reception service, directing and referring enquiries from staff, students and the public as appropriate. Key tasks include but are not limited to:
This is a part time, permanent position
Hours are Saturday and Sunday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Remuneration is $48,615 - $56,100 per annum (pro rata) depending on skills and experience. For more information, please refer to the Position Description .
