Accounts Payable Officer

The Company

My client is a company that specializes in construction services, covering a range of projects from residential to commercial or even industrial construction. They are based in Newmarket and having parking onsite. This is a 2-month contract and is great opportunity to join a growing business.

The Role

In this role you will working in a team of 3 and will be reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for your part of the ledger and your responsibilities will include:

• High volume invoice processing
• Resolving any invoices or purchase orders flagged by automation tool
• Monthly payment runs
• Completing supplier reconciliations on the system
• Answering supplier queries
• Other Ad Hoc duties

Your profile:

You will have experience working as a full function Accounts Payable Officer in a sole charge or team capacity and you pride yourself on the accuracy of work.

The successful candidate would have experience using multiple systems before and previous experience with Lentune and Cheops is highly desirable.
