Join this team as a Project / Construction Manager, overseeing projects from start to finish. Your role includes budget management, timeline adherence, and effective communication.

Your main responsibilities are to:

• Plan and execute projects to deadlines
• Coordinate own staff and subcontractors
• Ensure budget compliance
• Manage and mitigate risks
• Communicate with stakeholders

Ideally you will be

• NZ Trade Qualified and have a LBP in Carpentry
• Residential Construction Management experience (Site Foreman)
• Up to date  H and S implementation and knowledge
