Are you a skilled and dedicated individual with a passion for maintaining safe and efficient roadways? Your new company, a leader in infrastructure development and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Road Maintenance Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Your new role

• As the working foreman, you'll oversee the day-to-day activities of our highway crew. This includes coordinating tasks related to road maintenance, repair, and construction.
• You'll be hands-on, performing various tasks alongside your team.
• Lead by example, ensuring top-quality workmanship, employee satisfaction, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, equipment maintenance, and project details.

What you'll need to succeed

• A full Class 1 driving licence is essential. Class 2 or WTR preferred
• Prior experience in road maintenance, personnel management, and equipment operation.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with staff and subcontractors
