Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a full-time entry-level position with no specific years of experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts. 2. Assist in conducting research and analyzing data to generate reports. 3. Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure seamless account management. 4. Assist in developing strategies to optimize client accounts and improve overall performance. 5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 6. Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to account management. 7. Handle administrative tasks such as updating client records and managing documentation.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6.
