Job Description - Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Kindred Healthcare is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, reliable, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Maintain and update customer accounts information - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner - Assist with billing and invoicing tasks - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize innovative strategies to improve account management processes - Provide support to account managers as needed


Requirements: - Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required)
