Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pushpay Holdings is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Account Support Representative, working remotely from Nelson, New Zealand. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist with onboarding new clients and training them on our platform - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise for clients - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns - Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and provide feedback on product enhancements - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management

Requirements: - Hardworking and confident individual with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
