Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: As an Account Support Specialist at Goodyear Tire & Rubber, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a remote work position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for account management and customer support - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and provide insights to help improve sales strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Highly adaptable and creative problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
