About the role

As part of our Financial Crime and wider Risk team, you’ll provide AML/CFT analysis and guidance to support The Co-operative Bank’s AML Management Programme and AML/CFT Compliance programme. 

You’ll be involved in  transaction monitoring and ongoing customer due diligence activities, managing the Bank’s AML/CFT toolsets, communicating with customers, reporting on remediation activities and training and mentoring, within the team and across the Bank.

You’ll bring the following experience to the table:

• 3+ years experience in banking, customer service and/or Financial Crime 
• A tertiary qualification and industry specific certifications within Banking or Financial Crime are desired
• Sound and proven analytical skills
• Superior communication skills
