• Overall responsibility for Night Shift Production team • Driving safe, quality, and efficient work from the team • Developing and motivating the team to drive staff engagement • Proactive client management • Encouraging cross-team synergies for continuous improvement • Ensuring best-practice H&S management • Providing support to the Production Manager • Acting in the absence of the Production Manager • Leadership, training, and motivation of the team • Managing risks and reported incidents
Requirements
• Proven leadership experience • Experience in Management from the Food & Beverage/Manufacturing Industry • Excellent leadership skills • Emotional intelligence • Positive and solution-finding approach to challenges • Strong computer skills • Knowledge of the wine industry (advantageous) • Engineering experience/understanding of manufacturing machinery (advantageous) • New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Resident status • Drug and alcohol policy compliance • Pre-employment screening
