Assistant Store Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
This exciting Sunday to Thursday, 30 hours per week role is for someone who loves the kaleidoscope of denim. As our Assistant Manager you work alongside a dedicated Store Manager and help continue to build on the iconic Just Jeans brand. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous fashion retail store management experience
• Proven experience in building, managing and coaching a team
• Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI & shrinkage targets
• Visual Merchandising skills
• Experience in creating outfits and styling customers
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
