Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Technologies is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our remote team in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. As a remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on customer requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner 2. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues 3. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments for resolution 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 5. Follow up on customer requests in a timely manner 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures 8. Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment 2. Passionate and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to think critically 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting 5. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service 6. Proficient in using customer service software and systems 7. High school diploma or equivalent
