Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a motivated and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a full-time remote work position with entry-level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints - Collect and update customer information in the database accurately - Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve customer issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet key performance indicators related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technology - Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace to work remotely - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
