Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Call Center Representative to join our team at Kraft Heinz. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Dunedin, Otago, NZ on a full-time basis. As an Associate Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information. 3. Researching and resolving customer complaints and issues promptly. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 6.
