Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Frontier Communications is seeking a motivated and hardworking Call Center Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries or concerns, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues they may have in a professional and friendly manner. You will also be required to document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our system, as well as escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well in a team environment. The ability to cooperate with team members and collaborate effectively to achieve common goals is essential. Additionally, candidates should be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
