AbbVie, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ for remote work. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and support, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers and provide assistance as needed - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, or provide information - Respond to customer emails and online chat messages in a timely and professional manner - Use CRM software to document customer interactions and track customer data - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team member - Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals set by management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedicated and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs - Innovative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant computer programs - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
